Through the contact form we process your name, email address, optionally your organisation, and your question. If you email us directly, we process the data in your email.

Why

Only to answer your question and follow up on a quote or collaboration (pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest).

Retention

We keep your message as long as needed to follow up, and at most 2 years after the last contact, unless the law requires longer.

Processors

The website is hosted by Vercel. Form messages are sent via Resend (EU region). We do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking or marketing cookies. Only technically necessary hosting data may be used to keep the site running securely.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion via hello@tintostudio.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
